Low-Fat Poppy Seed Chicken
4-6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 can Fat-Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
16 oz Light Sour Cream
Reduced-Fat Ritz Crackers (1 sleeve-crushed)
Butter Flavored Cooking Spray
Preheat oven to 350°
Cook Chicken Breasts until done and pull apart.
Mix together in casserole dish; cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken, and 1 tsp. poppy seeds.
Place crushed crackers on top of mixture.
Spray generously with butter flavored cooking spray.
Top with 2 tsp. poppy seeds.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
